The Wooster Wine & Beer Festival returns to the Arden Shisler Center at the OARDC campus on Saturday, April 30, 2011 with a wine & beer tasting and auction. A truly unique Winemaster's Wine Tasting Dinner will be hosted by The Wooster Inn's celebrated Executive Chef Ken Bogucki at Inn the night before the Festival, Friday, April 29, 2011. Proceeds from these events will benefit The Wayne Center for the Arts.

6:30 to 10:30 PM

$40 ticket entitles each patron to:

o Collectable wine or beer glass

o Informative guide to the evening's events

o 10 tasting coupons

o Bountiful tasting buffet from The Wooster Inn and other fine local restaurants and purveyors.

o Live musical entertainment

o Wines available for retail purchase through SoMar Wine Cellars

o Additional tastings $5.00 for 10

7:00 PM

VIP event hosted by Owner & Executive Chef Ken Bogucki at The Wooster Inn. This Winemaker’s Dinner, $120 includes admission and all the opportunities at Saturday night's event at The Shisler Center . . . PLUS an unsurpassed five course meal with each course designed around wines selected by Kathy Joseph, owner and wine maker (aka head fiddle) of Fiddlehead Winery.
